Allergens
The potato bun contains gluten, egg, milk and sesame. American cheese contains milk. The house sauce contains egg and mustard. The vegan bun and the Green Smash patty contain soya, and the vegan bun contains gluten. Onion rings contain gluten. The fries have their own fryer, and so does the chicken; the vegan patties are smashed on their own part of the flat-top with their own spatula. A gluten-free bun is £1 extra, made in a kitchen that handles gluten. Tell us about any allergy when you order — we’d rather you asked.

Amir Hassan and Danny Quinn sat next to each other in Year 7 at school in Wavertree. They spent the summers of 2021 and 2022 at Saturday markets with a borrowed flat-top and a gazebo, then opened the counter at 71 Bold Street in March 2023.
Amir runs the grill. Danny does the fries, the shakes and the phone.
Saturday night on the flat-top: about 600 patties.
